Okay... so let's start off by saying that I am on a blogging spree this week - I mean, 3 days in a row... come on now...
Anyway! back to the good stuff -- tie die cupcakes and frosting! WOO! These cupcakes are kind of a pain in the butt -- but they are super cool in the end.
First: buy some cake mix and mix 'er up real good.
then lick off the spoons, of course...
then use food coloring to make the batter all sorts of colors....
do the same thing to the frosting...
then carefully place the colored batter in patterns
then place the awesome colored frosting on each side of the inside of ziplock bags
ta-da!
then, if you just can't resist..... you can make cute little topper flags :)
AND THE FINISHED PRODUCTS:
Okay, so the lighting in our kitchen is horrible.... and some pictures are blurry... so what? sue me...
